what i teach

I currently offer yoga classes in VINYASA and INSIDE FLOW styles. Both of these styles can be adjusted to suit range of students and experience. The class can provide a softening or strengthening experience where I offer modifications to make the practice as accessible to everyone as possible. 

You can expect all my classes and practice to be vinyasa-based where the intention is the synchronisation of breath and movement in itself. Both VINYASA and INSIDE FLOW are much less about your shapes and “how strong” you are; it is all about moving meditation. Being with yourself, your breath, your intention, and your practice.

Inside Flow
Inside Flow is a style of yoga that emphasises fluid movements combined with breathing. Based and evolved from vinyasa-style of yoga, the class uses music to create a mindful and enjoyable experience.

Vinyasa
A dynamic and flowing style of yoga that emphasises the synchronisation of breath with movement. The intensity of the class is customised to meet the students' needs.

Strength training
A bodyweight workout is a fantastic way to build muscle and improve overall fitness without any equipment. Using yoga asanas or positions, the class provides the full body workout.

mindfulness, movements, strength training at workplace?

Movements at workplace is a great way to engage your colleagues. I offer varieties of classes as well as flexible schedules. My goal is to hold classes that are inclusive and welcoming, suitable to all levels of experience. 

how i teach

You don’t squeeze yourself into a shirt 3 sizes smaller than you, so why would you strive to distort your physical body to the point beyond normal discomfort into a certain shape?
